01. What days and hours are you open?

Monday-Sunday. Monday-Saturday, 08:00-18:00 Sunday: 08:00-15:00

02. How do I contact you?

03. What product types are available?

Flowers, Gifting, Balloons.

04. Can you deliver at a specific time to a funeral?

Any time that suits you

05. What areas do you deliver to?

Within 20km of JHB central

06. Is in-store pick up available for orders purchased online?

Not at this moment

07. How are shipping and delivery charges determined?

Standard fee of R90.00, Within 20km of JHB central

08. What about substitutions?

Should the colour or type of product not be available you will be notified by a phone call and we shall find a solution

09. Can I pick a delivery time?

No, but we will try to deliver the time you would prefer. Please call in for emergency orders should you want a specific delivery time and we will try our best to do it that time

10. Can I get same-day delivery?

If your order is placed before 10:00

11. What happens after I place an order?

It will be processed and delivered the next day or the same day for orders placed before 10:00

12. Can I make a change to my order?

Usually no, but if you call in we may try to help you as best as we can however if stock is bought specifically for your order, it may not be changed unless we have stock available for your desired change. Also we may need to find a substitution for your order should it be cancelled or changed and then can we process the change and or cancellation

13. Will my flowers be left if no one is home?

Your flowers will never be left alone at home, we will ensure we leave it with someone or should you not be home, we will leave it at concierge or with security on duty.

14. Will you contact the recipient?

Yes

15. Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?

It will be however if stock does not permit we may contact you or give you what is closest to what is in the picture

16. How can I determine the status of my order?

You may call in to check on the order however it will be delivered before 17:00 on the day of delivery
